I’ve worked as a professional comedian, host, and improvisor in New York City for over a decade. After completing the advanced improvisation program at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade in 2013, I spent four years touring the US with the musical comedy show Broadway’s Next Hit Musical. I recently completed a successful 6-month off-Broadway run as a cast member in the musical comedy show Vern: Off Broadway at The Player’s Theatre and I am currently appearing in The Improvised Musical with Vern at The People’s Improv Theatre.
I love to share my enthusiasm and improv knowledge with groups of all backgrounds as a teacher and coach. I currently lead the musical improv program at The People’s Improv Theatre and I’ve taught and performed internationally at Hoopla Impro in London and Comedy Cafe Berlin.
I’m also a big trivia and gameshow geek and I have appeared as a contestant on $100,000 Pyramid and Who Wants to be a Millionaire (spoiler: I did not become a millionaire). I formerly hosted and produced trivia events for Atlas Obscura and Science Friday and I have hosted and produced corporate trivia and team-building events online and in-person for the corporate entertainment company TrivWorks since 2015. I have more useless knowledge floating around in my brain than I know what to do with.
